2. Registrar por FIEL
Paso 2 del registro FIEL. Registra el contribuyente usando los certificados subidos.
Este es el segundo paso del registro por FIEL. Primero debes subir los certificados para obtener cer_s3_key y key_s3_key. Luego utiliza esos valores en este endpoint.

Flujo en dos pasos
Paso 1: Subir certificados para obtener cer_s3_key, key_s3_key y opcionalmente fullName.
Paso 2: Registrar el contribuyente:
